BECOME A MASTER ON WORKPLACE CULTURE

Designed for organisational leadership and human resource professionals in ‘People and Culture’ roles. Our People Culture Advanced Seminar 3 day course has been developed to address the gap in applied training for current professionals tasked with organisational culture lead roles. It provides the fundamental knowledge on why culture endeavours struggle to be realised. Gain an understanding of culture beyond vision and values. We have an integration focus bringing you THE ORGANISATIONAL CULTURE BREAKDOWN.

This specialised training will answer the questions:

How do you influence people resilience and wellness in the context of adversity? (including your own)

What is the current 'window' to influence sustainable culture improvements in your organisation?

What will it take for your organisation to build a thriving culture?

How can you be a successful leader in culture development?

What support is there available to you to be successful in improving your people experience?

This intensive 3 day course extends far beyond an introductory level, it immerses participants in an interactive environment to build tangible knowledge on thriving culture.

With an integration focus, you will gain an in depth understanding of the complexities of workplace culture, including obtaining knowledge on the neuropsychological response when people are feeling threatened/fearful, how to work through change resistance and build resilience. Through a customised approach including a tailored application session on the final day, you will know how to overcome barriers and challenges specific to your own workplace, identify opportunities and recruit the support required to develop your customised integration plan to transform your people culture.

We practice small group delivery to comply with Level 2 requirements. In the event that alert levels rise, the training will be postponed. We have also amended our refund policy to cover without notice cancellation specifically in the instance of an increase in alert levels and/or COVID-19 related reasons. Please see Terms & Conditions for full details.
